Menstruation Update: California Milk Ads Pulled

photo of menstruation milk ads pictures photos

I interrupt my usual report about sexism in the entertainment industry to bring you the following update to last week’s article about the California milk ads that promised ladies that their horrific ladytimes could be assuaged by drinking this brand-new drink you’ve never heard of that all the kids are into called “milk” (once again, do we really need people to tell us to drink milk?). There are numerous creepy things a guy can do while you’re dating him. There is the ever-so-annoying groping underneath the table while out to dinner, the bestowing of gross nicknames like honey buns, or taking the asinine suggestions offered by Men’s Health in their list of how to please a lady, but none, in my opinion, are quite as creepy as the guy who keeps track of their girlfriend’s or wife’s menstrual cycle.

Thanks to a website and app created by a 28-year-old Australian man, over 100,000 men are now alerted to their ladies time of the month. PmsBuddy.com was launched after CEO and founder, Jordan Eisenberg, noticed most of his friends were having PMS-related relationship …
