We’re Hiring!

We’re looking to amp the site up with some additional content and are seeking your expert input on topics that affect men and women everywhere these days, from laughable tampon commercials to heated courtroom battles over same-sex civil rights.

Zelda Lily is currently hiring ONE UNPAID INTERN. The intern is responsible for posting 2-3 pieces a week to the site. Both male and female writers are encouraged to apply.

To apply, send an email to Sarah with “ZL Intern Application” in the subject line. Please include a bit of your background info, links to your original blog if you have one, and/or a writing sample or two if you don’t currently run a blog of your own.

If you think you’d be a good contributor to Zelda Lily and you’d like to get experience writing for a larger audience, please consider applying for the available position.

Deadline to apply is Friday, July 20th, 2012, at 11:59 PM ET. Again, interested applicants can send inquiries to sarah@evilbeetgossip.com Looking forward to hearing from you!

  1. Does Zelda Lily pay any of its writers? It’s shameful to prey on eager talent and effectively use them as slave labor.

    • Do you realize how many sites are in operation that *don’t* pay their writers until the site’s become viable? Because there’s a lot. I also write for Hello Giggles, which is about ten thousand or more times the size and traffic base that Zelda Lily is and has, and Hello Giggles doesn’t pay their writers, either. Sites don’t just become viable overnight, or even over a span of years, and it’s not like ad agencies are trying to break down people’s doors to represent them these days, you know. Also, web hosting fees and support team fees aren’t exactly cheap, either.

Not that it’s any of *your* business, nosy Rosie. Quit bitching.
