Jane Fonda appeared on Larry King Live last night and discussed her various plastic surgeries and how she wasn’t proud of most of them.

I was never a huge Jane Fonda fan — my father was a two-time Vietnam Vet and I think one of my first phrases at the tender age of three was regarding Jane Fonda and the, uh, approximate wording was something along the lines of “Commie Dog.” Yes, I was raised a Republican, believe it or not.

However, I think it’s pretty admirable that Fonda kind of speaks out against plastic surgery, especially in a day and age where a lot of people seem obsessed with it and modifying their bodies. It’s just too bad she caved at the age of seventy-two.

However, plastic surgery aside (whatever she had done doesn’t look entirely too excessive) … the woman does look pretty amazing for her age.

Thoughts?

This doesn’t surprise me. I’m sure there have been, are currently, and will be in the future, many other people not proud of their plastic surgeries too.
