In a not-so-shocking move, Elizabeth Edwards and her now-estranged husband, John Edwards, are living in separate households.
After year-long allegations of cheating which John copped to and a new “bombshell” that Edwards had, indeed, fathered the child of his mistress, Rielle Hunter, E. Edwards has finally had enough. Her publicist states:
“[Elizabeth] is moving on with her life and wants to put this difficult chapter behind her.”
Elizabeth, who will turn 61 this year, is at an age as good as any to begin on a fresh start. After battling cancer for years, Edwards claims she has a new lease on life in her book (published last year) Resilience.
On the topic of John, his infidelity and love child, Elizabeth has nothing else to say.
Congratulations to Elizabeth and may she finally put this enormous disappointment John behind her.

I hope the poor woman gets some peace after all the crap she’s had to go through and can just focus on herself for a while.
Me too,I really like her. Infidelity sucks, and the fact that a person could cheat on a spouse that is sick and fighting a life threatening illness, really sucks!
I can’t blame her in the least. I wish her all the best.
To make matters worse, the NE is reporting there’s a sex tape with Edwards and his mistress. Can you imagine what’s going through Elizabeth’s head? What a dirtbag she married.
