Former Playboy Playmate and plaything of Hugh Hefner, Kendra Wilkinson, gave birth to a bouncing, healthy baby boy a few weeks ago and is now tackling the battle of the bulge.
Wilkinson states that due to a Caesarean section, she’s not been in top form to exercise just yet but plans to do just that in the coming weeks. Kendra states that she wants to get back into Playboy shape and claims that she’s going to be a “hot mom.”
That’s all well and good, but I’m wondering if she’ll pose again for the famed men’s magazine. Call me old-fashioned, but mom and nudie pinup are not exactly synonymous. I don’t know. I’m certainly not judging her because I’m not in any position to do so, but I do know that if it were me and I had been a former playmate (well, at that point I’d have had a ton of crazy fun with my super-banging body as I’m sure she did), I wouldn’t be in any rush whatsoever after becoming a new mom to pose again for a skin rag. Maybe it’s the maternal part of me that even I like to push aside every once in awhile but I just couldn’t do it myself.
What about you guys? Is it okay for her to return to a life of voyeuristic nudie-ness in spite of the fact that she’s now someone’s mama or do you think the two are entirely separate parts of a woman’s being?

I think this comes down to the reason why a girl poses for Playboy in the first place. I would think a few of the reasons are: financial, career exposure, self esteem, fun, exciting, male attention. So if any of these reasons apply, sure she would do it again, being a Mom or not.
I think if brains were dynamite,Kendra couldn’t blow her nose!
While I would not be interested in posing for playboy pre- or post- child, I see no reason why it should be acceptable before having a baby, and not afterwards. If she wants to, have at it. If men like it, they’ll buy it. She’ll make money, I’ll continue to not care. Everyone goes home happy. I see no problem.
That is exactly what I was going to say.
Yep! No foul!
I feel sorry for her kids if she does.
One day, some classmate of Junior’s will bring in an old Playboy that he snuck from his dad’s stash, and then the whole class will get to see Junior’s momma naked. How mortifying!
I ought to clarify:
The above scenario could totally happen even if Kendra doesn’t go back to Playboy, but in that case at least the kid could defend himself with, “She did that a looong time ago! Like, way before I was born!” and not “Oh, that was from last month!”
I agree. But by the time her son is old enough to be embarrassed by his mother’s nude photos, half the other kids in his class will have nude photos of their parents floating around, and a few will have sex tapes.
I still think it’s stupid of people, but at the rate we’re going in exhibition and preservation, I think it’s just going to cease to be interesting.
I’ve often wondered how Pamela Anderson’s boys react to her antics. I’ve raised 2 boys who are now young men, and they still hold on to the thought of “I might call you a nasty name, but nobody else ever will.” They would be mortified.
I’ve wondered the same, nothing like having some kid on the playground tell you how nice your moms ass is,kids can be cruel.
That kinda thing happens whether or not they’ve seen your mom naked, though…
If it’s not his mom’s ass then it’ll be something else anyway. Heck, I got picked on because my dad died when I was a kid. I’m still trying to figure out how that could be considered bullying material decades later. By the time the kid’s a teen they other guys will probably think it’s cool anyway in a ‘dude, your mom was so hot back in the day’ kinda way.
Sure other teens might think it’s cool, but I’m not quite sure boys would like their teen friends seeing their Mom nude and of course behaving in some of the ways Pam Anderson has been photographed.
I’ve been mistaken for my older son’s wife before, he thought it was pretty cool that I looked that young. (or maybe he looked old) LOL, but if my younger son’s friends even said anything remotly to him about my looks or such, he would have a fit. Dude, that’s my MOM, he would say. And I was far from nude.
I have to agree.
My soon to be 20 year old got suspended for 3 days for punching out a kid who told him that his Mom was a milf.
I was half icked out, half flattered, personally.
LOL I know what you mean!!
I can’t say I envy her son, but his future peers are going to know about it one way or another…she doesn’t exactly sound like her second choice of work is a high-powered lawyer or CEO of a fortune 500 company. Maybe this is the best paying job she’s qualified to have….
It’s a grey area, certainly.
